Pumpkin sandwich

Our new favourite raw snack full of nutrients and vitamins!

So easy to make too!

Just slice a piece of pumpkin (whatever thickness you prefer), put squashed avocado on top and then cover it with Sauerkraut. Add some oregano or other herbs/spices you like. You can also put some seeds on top and a little bit of olive oil. And it’s ready! And so yummy and good for your belly. Just eat it like you would eat a sandwich ๐Ÿ™‚

Sauerkraut:ย is full of probiotics – so good for your healthy and happy belly, contains vit. C, K, iron (enhances immunity), it’s known to reduce inflammation and risk of cancer.

Pumpkin:ย A cup of pumpkin contains almost twice the recommended daily intake of vitamin A, which promotes good vision, healthy skin, teeth and bones. It also contains other vitamins and antioxidants.

Avocado: contains healthy fats, fiber – good for the bowels, the whole alphabet of vitamins: A, B, C, E, K, full of minerals too: magnesium, potassium (more than in bananas), iron, copper, it has the highest protein and lowest sugar content of any fruit.
