We co-existed for around 400 million years. Over this time we learnt how to co-operate in harmony and how to stabilise climate and temperature. This provided the perfect habitat for all life on Earth to flourish.
When we are in balance everything around thrives – the animals, the plants, the air, the soil. When this balance is disrupted the consequences are experienced by all and nowadays they can be noticed more than ever before.
